Complaints Policy

Our aim is to provide the best possible service to our customers, no matter the day of the week or the time you call. Nevertheless, we understand that sometimes our customers are not completely satisfied with our service.

If we have completed a job for you and you aren’t satisfied with the service you’ve received, then read our complaints procedure below and we will respond swiftly to ensure complete satisfaction.

Once our work has been completed on your vehicle, make sure you inspect the work we’ve done. We want to ensure our work has been completed to our usual high standards, and it is easier fix any mistakes whilst our professional Auto Locksmith is still onsite.

If our work has not been completed to a standard of which you are happy with, no matter how unlikely, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues quickly and easily for you.
